ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping is only $2 - $10 depending on the size and weight of order.
Items are sent via Australia Post with expected delivery of 2 - 4 business days (some areas arrive quicker or longer depending on postcode zones, but please note this is a guide based on most circumstances)
If you require guaranteed post timing of 1-2 business days, Please consider Express postage option (find this in product listing) which is $10 flat rate within Australia (please note, guaranteed timing applies only for metro express post zones)
All items are listed in $ AUD.
International shipping is only $5 - $30 depending on the size and weight of order.
Items are shipped via regular Australia Post mail.
International orders usually takes 5 - 14 working days from shipping date, depending on location.
Please note that some areas may take up to 14 business days or more (although most are delivered earlier than this)
Please note : We post via Australia Post, as above details. However, in the case that an alternative shipping method or shipping condition is preferred, it is highly recommended to arrange the details prior to making a purchase, by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
ALL orders come automatically with special gift packaging details, such as gift bags for socks and or gift boxes for scarves, and a Julie White story postcard with every order.
If you are sending direct to your loved one and would additionally like a personal note from you included inside, we can do this! Just write your message / details in the 'notes' section during checkout, or alternatively email email@example.com the details.
This is all FREE because there’s nothing better than pressies arriving in the mail.
CAN YOU SEND MY GIFT DIRECT TO MY LOVED ONE, EVEN IF THEY LIVE OVERSEAS?
Absolutely! We do this a lot (nothing like a piece of Australiana sent abroad!) At checkout, just enter the name and address to its shipping destination. Did we mention we can add gift details and provide a hand written note too? (read above) SWEET!
CAN I PAY VIA CREDIT CARD? PAYPAL?
Yes, during checkout there is an option to pay via Paypal, or via credit card though Paypal (don't worry, you won't be charged a Paypal fee!) There is also eCheque option to pay, however this is not recommended as it can take several days to clear - orders are dispatched only once payment cleared and received.
CAN I PAY VIA AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO YOUR ONLINE SHOP?
Yes, we can absolutely arrange for you! We accept credit card payments over the phone, or bank transfers. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange, no sweat !
CAN YOU EXPRESS POST IN AUSTRALIA?
If it's time sensitive, we can arrange express post (flat rate extra $10) - please email email@example.com to arrange. Feel free to email for a timing estimate wether or not express post is necessary.
I LIVE IN ADELAIDE. CAN I PICK UP DIRECT FROM YOUR STUDIO?
Julie has a studio in the Adelaide CBD on Pirie Street, open by appointment. If you prefer to pick up your online purchase, or know you'd like something from the range but don't want to wait for shipping, we can arrange a time, certainly!
Just a heads up - best to contact us prior to arrange a time and ensure you get your item in time for that special birthday / planned outfit / awesome thing, as we don't always operate on 'normal' officey hours (gosh, these creative types!) --- best way to contact is : firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose items carefully. Please note we do not issue refunds. In the case you would like to exchange an item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (no later than 48 hours) upon receiving your order. Email email@example.com to check if eligible for exchange. Please provide proof of purchase.
All items must be returned at your expense and posted to us via trackable service within 2 days after approval. Shipping fees may apply for the second delivery. Julie White is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
All items must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on hosiery.

Julie White cannot be held responsible for unpredicted shipping delays with Australia Post, or lost / stolen items in transit.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address entered at time of checkout is correct. Please note, we mark packages with the address exactly as it was given before handing over to Australia Post, so please check at time of purchase. If in doubt - feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can after making purchase.
